By building horizontally and working with gravity rather than against it in a controlled enviroment, we are faster and don't need to wait for foundations to be complete before we start building.

By building offsite from a computer model, we can reduce excess materials, onsite mess and onsite dispruption.

Prefabrication means less travel to and from the site, less material wastage and a smaller footprint on the planet.

We work closely with a draftsperson and engineer to create a home that eliminates any unnecessary timber, therefore eliminating any unnecessary loss of thermal preformace.

(01)
Factory Prep
A digital model is created, then high-performance modules are assembled in our Central Otago facility, ensuring precision and structural integrity. Whilst this is happening foundations can be completed on site.
(02)
On-site Assembly
We ship the panels to the site with our custom wall transport bracket and assemble with a crane. Within the first few days everything will be fixed together and down, and watertight.
(03)
Finishing
Finally we finish the build by cladding, and the lining the interior. We are flexible and have used a range of interior and exterior finishes, so we can build your vision to it's completion.
